UK buy, sell and loan multichannel store appoints McCann Manchester

Bolton-based Cash Generator has appointed McCann Manchester to handle its comprehensive search brief, as the High Street discount retailer develops its website and online offering.

Tasked with optimising search for both consumers looking for products and potential franchisees looking for business opportunities, McCann Manchester will report directly to Stuart Owens, director of digital marketing for Cash Generator.

McCann Manchester said it won the account following a competitive five-way pitch and will be responsible for tripling traffic to Cash Generator’s retail site, spearheading a search campaign combined with social media.
