The Digital Property Group behind Primelocation.com and Findaproperty.com plans to gain deeper customer insights and boost response rates

 

The Digital Property Group (TDPG), the company behind online property brands Primelocation.com, Globrix.com and FindaProperty.com, has selected on-demand email and cross-channel marketing systems from Responsys to drive response rates and deliver a more personalised experience to millions of customers.

 

TDPG will use Responsys Interact Suite, the industry’s leading on-demand marketing application suite, to target and tailor marketing messages based on profiles, behavioural data, preferences and interests so that it can gain a deeper understanding of its customer base and how they interact with its online brands.

 

More targeted marketing control

 

Responsys Interact Suite will be used to pinpoint all the variables that impact campaign effectiveness so that TDPG can automatically deliver highly individualised offers at precisely the right moments in the customer lifecycle to maximise response rates. This will enable the team at TDPG to be more efficient in their campaign management, increase agility and return on investment from marketing initiatives.
