Multichannel fashion retailer, Quiz and alternative payment method provider paysafecard group have signed a deal that will enable fashion consumers to use Cash-Ticket to make online purchases.
The deal will benefit customers by offering a safe and easy way to get hold of the latest fashions online. The voucher Cash-Ticket has been designed specifically for shoppers wary of credit card fraud and identity theft, as no financial details are required to make a payment.
"We want to provide our customers with a choice of payment methods," explains Haroun Saleemi, Quiz e-commerce director. "Cash-Ticket is an obvious choice because it is the only payment method that reaches everyone and not just the customers who have a credit card."
David Hunter, UK chief executive of the paysafecard group said: "We are seeing a lot of interest from the online retail and travel sectors because Cash-Ticket solves the problem of reaching critical demographic groups not fully addressable through traditional payment methods; this includes females between the ages of 15-35, which is a perfect fit for Quiz."
Cash-Ticket is a prepaid voucher that shoppers can buy from over 21,000 PayPoint retailers in the UK. They purchase the amount needed in either £10, £25, £50 or £100 denominations and then use a 16-digit code to make the payment online.
