Online retailer Bees selects new software to target, create and track the success of digital marketing including email, RSS, and SMS

 

Fashion jewellery retailer Bees has chosen smartFOCUS’s eChannel hosted marketing solution for digital marketing campaign planning, execution and management.

 

Bees took the decision to buy smartFOCUS following a market evaluation of several vendors. Its eChannel software is designed to allow marketers to segment, manage, action, review, test, distribute and track digital marketing campaigns. It provides a web-based tool for marketing teams to create and build digital campaigns.

 

Retail credentials prove differentiator

 

Sushil Raniga, online business developer for Bees, explained: “We wanted to work with a vendor with experience in online retail, and smartFOCUS had all the credentials, from the features and functions, through to its real-world experience with a range of household names from Asos to The White Company.”

 

Raniga added: “Staying in touch with people is vital and the experience remains seamless through the smartFOCUS eChannel platform. The system is advanced and we have control and flexibility to manage the content and communication amongst differing groups of customers, which is delivered on time. Overall, we’re able to understand the requirements and interests of our online family through an analysis process and adjust campaigns very quickly accordingly.
