Wonderbra recently unveiled its first e-commerce store, built by Venda, the world’s largest on-demand convergent commerce provider.
The store will carry the brand’s full range of products and a ‘Get Inspired’ section of the site will host video content and include social media sharing functions.
The famous lingerie brand does not currently have any bricks and mortar shops in the UK, but the e-commerce launch is its first step towards direct sales in the UK and Ireland.
International growth expansion
The new transactional site replaces its UK predecessor with a www.wonderbra.eu domain, targeting both the UK and Ireland.
The new online store includes several new customer-facing features, including interactive search, integration with social networks, ratings and reviews and stockist listings.
Paul Devlin, UK general manager of Wonderbra’s parent company DB Apparel, said: “Venda has delivered an incredibly exciting new website. The store is a great showcase for the brand and helps to drive our digital strategy forward to new heights.”
Wonderbra is also using social media, search engine marketing, display activity and email newsletters to help drive traffic to the website.
