Supporting growth across multiple consumer and business-facing sales channels
Lily Lolo, a retailer of innovative mineral cosmetics and make-up accessories, has implemented the Euclid system from UK provider of multichannel retail software Sanderson.
The new system was chosen to support the long-term growth of its mail order, online and business-to-business (B2B) operations and deliver increased visibility and control across the business.
Enhancing customer buying experience
The retailer is using the software to offer customers an enhanced buying experience and improved service levels via its website, with the introduction of new customer focused features. Real-time integration with the Elucid back-office system speeds sales order processing, prompts order despatching and delivers real-time stock control, increasing operational efficiencies.
Accurate stock levels also remove the risk of selling ‘out of stock’ items and allow for more efficient stock forecasting and purchasing, which is central to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Managing marketing and purchasing strategies
In addition, Lily Lolo is benefiting from improved sales and marketing capabilities with a single view of their customers across all channels. Detailed customer profiling, essential for creating customer specific promotions, is helping to generate additional sales revenues. Lily Lolo has also introduced a loyalty scheme to encourage customer retention and launched their ‘Free Sample Service’ to drive new customer recruitment.
Arfan Khan, Lily Lolo operations director, commented: “The Elucid solution provided the ideal platform in terms of multichannel integration, reliability and scalability in supporting growing businesses for the long term. We now have complete visibility of our business information, which is vital for the ongoing development of our customer service, marketing and purchasing strategies.”
