High Street giant adopts Reflexis workload optimiser to improve planning and store workload
Marks and Spencer (M&S) has rolled out Reflexis Workload Optimiser from Reflexis Systems across its UK store portfolio.
M&S has taken on the Reflexis web-based solution to enable it to plan store and marketing activities more efficiently by consolidating projects from multiple spreadsheets into one live schedule.
Third-party endorsement proves key
Head of IT Foundation, Simon Ramskill, said: "We selected the Reflexis system as it provided the best solution to manage the planning complexities of M&S, providing visibility of activities and workload by organisation, store, and individual roles.”
OP Choudhary, head of operations for Reflexis EMEA, said: “We are delighted that M&S has taken this opportunity to utilise our long-term workload planning module.”
