Latest EPoS and retail management functionality improves stock control and boosts customer service for independent UK retailer on time for new Manchester store launch
London-based Pure Fashions, an independent scarf and jewellery supplier that boasts the biggest online collection of scarves in the UK, has purchased the e-rmis and e-pos retail systems from Eurostop to support the company’s new store opening in Manchester.
Pure Fashions has selected Eurostop’s e-rmis suite of head office management applications and e-pos electronic point-of-sale (EPoS) system to effectively manage stock, track the most popular items and so deliver an enhanced, more tailored service to customers in the region.
Automated processes to boost efficiency
The company turned to Eurostop for flexible, automated systems that could support the company’s steady business growth, in particular the launch of new retail outlets in different parts of the country.
Ying Walsh, director of Pure Fashions, said Eurostop’s proven fashion industry expertise gave the company the confidence it needed to invest in new technology.
“We are relying on their complete range of flexible yet highly integrated systems to automate our processes, drive efficiencies and over time, link our head office with the rest of the business from one, single, easy-to-use platform,” he commented.
Trend analysis for local benefits
Pure Fashions anticipates that the biggest benefit of using Eurostop will be its ability to identify the best-selling items in the Manchester store, enabling it to focus on the most popular brands. This valuable trend analysis will have the additional advantage of capturing important data that empowers staff to deliver the products that their local customers actually want.
Despite having only recently installed the new systems, Eurostop reported that the company already has plans to expand the new implementation in the near future.
