Devon-based specialist digital marketing and e-commerce provider brings e-commerce software to market with a twist

Devon-based specialist digital marketing and e-commerce provider brings e-commerce software to market with a twist

Digital New Media has announced the launch of its performance based e-commerce solution, Liquid Commerce, which is designed to deliver e-commerce solutions on a revenue share basis.

The company said Liquid Commerce has been developed to provide online retailers with a fully managed approach to e-commerce; which includes initial planning, design and website development, combined with ongoing management and marketing to deliver increased sales for clients over an agreed period of time.

Alternative growth in tough times

Digital New Media sales director, Thomas Newman, commented: “In these challenging economic times, we feel that it is important to work alongside our clients to provide an all inclusive service which minimises risk and operates on a strict performance basis; where Digital New Media is paid a percentage of sales generated through the clients website.”

Liquid Commerce clients currently benefit from a broad range of additional managed services; including search engine optimisation, online marketing, online PR, social media and email marketing which are implemented regularly to increase awareness and maximise sales revenues.

Newman added: “As a sales-driven agency, our mission is to develop e-commerce websites that appeal to the client’s target audience, convert visitors into customers and increase average order values. Our team also work alongside clients to improve customer retention techniques and to incentivise previous customers and prospects to return to the website.”

Early satisfied adopters

Since its launch in February 2010, Digital New Media claimed to have been inundated with enquiries for the Liquid Commerce service. Dan Chidley, marketing manager of Pro Golf Shop has been delighted with its Liquid Commerce solution.

Chidley commented: “We are delighted with our new website and the approach of the Digital New Media team. The revenue share opportunity appealed to us because we were keen to work in partnership with a company that shared our interests and didn’t just offer a standard build cost with minimal ongoing management. This approach means that we have a fully featured e-commerce website; without substantial initial investment and the added security that Digital New Media will only be paid on results.”
