Depot expands customer science work

Office supplies retailer Office Depot has extended its project which utilises customer insights and science to boost its omnichannel experience

For the past year, Office Depot and customer science company dunnhumby have been working together to revolutionise the way the retailer uses customer insights.

 “We are committed to helping our customers by providing the best experience possible, and dunnhumby’s services have assisted us in delivering the most value for them,” said Ron Lalla, executive vice president of merchandising, for Office Depot. “We are looking forward to our continued partnership with dunnhumby, and their ability to leverage data-driven customer science in our Office Depot and OfficeMax retail stores and online.”
