Facebook, Google, Alibaba, John Lewis and Sainsburys are among the companies providing input at the InternetRetailing Expo (IRX) and eDelivery Expo (EDX) co-located at NEC Birmingham from April 5-6
The event includes an educational programme with 20 workshops for hands-on, practical, training and exclusive one-on-one 30 minute clinics, where attendees will be able to address their own personal ecommerce doubts and questions.
The workshops will cover an array of topics including: building best-in-class supply chain by Profulfilment, ChannelAdvisor and DHL; capitalising on customer reviews and user-generated content (UGC) by Yotpo; the value of Hyper-Personalisation by Bronto and the role of personalised product recommendations to avoid conversion leaks by bunting.
Attendees will also be able to explore and discuss the challenges their ecommerce strategy encounters on the clinics. From successfully building multi-channel business models and customer experiences to courier strategy to international expansion and business growth and more, Parcel Warehouse, Exact Abacus, Global-e and Experian are some of the expert brands that will be leading the one-on-one consultations.
The Innovation Hub will also have a key presence in this year’s show, bringing together the most innovative entrepreneurs and emerging technologies.
