Five Guys makes tasty payments upgrade

By Retail Technology | Thursday April 6 2017

Burger chain Five Guys has implemented an innovative multichannel payment system for international and multichannel growth

It selected Ingenico ePayments for the system – supported by Lineten’s NOQU - which enables Five Guys customers to shop securely from mobile, tablet or laptop.

Customers in both cities can now pre-order and pre-pay for food, progressing directly to the pick-up point for collection. The system accepts multiple currencies and payment
types as well as a choice of language support options. Five Guys has also been able to use the gateway with its chosen local acquirers.

“Integrating Ingenico ePayments into our payment setup was simple and flexible enough to allow us to adapt to local preferences,” said William Day, IT director,
Five Guys. “This service and flexibility in offering local acquiring partners will help us continue our expansion into mainland Europe and live by our philosophy of ‘perfect and serve’.”
