Online fashion retailer Zalando has upgraded to a new delivery software suite

The company is working with Centiro for the first time on the project which it hopes will bring speed and innovation to its delivery process.

Dr Jan Bartels, VP logistics products at Zalando, said: "As our business grows, it's crucial being able to on-board carriers quickly and at the same time possibly deal with return volumes. Working with Centiro, we aim to provide our customers with greater choice
and flexibility."

Niklas Hedin, CEO of Centiro, added: "We're delighted to be working with Zalando to help them expand and position the way delivery is presented as core part of the offering to customers across Europe, and to empower their renowned innovation capability even more going forward."
