Quiz to unveil digital store

By Retail Technology | Thursday May 18 2017

Womenswear fashion retailer Quiz will re-open its flagship outlet as a digital store

The shop, in Stratford’s Westfield Shopping Centre, will include a digital kiosk as it incorporates a greater digital offering to complement the existing products on offer.  The kiosk will allow customers to browse and purchase the entire collection online, regardless of whether the product is in store or not.

Digital is a key focus for the brand and to supplement the kiosk, Quiz has implemented the use of iPads in the store to allow customers to have a complete omnichannel shopping experience.

In addition, as part of the refurbishment, the store will have a high-level scatter wall which will show social media content, campaign videos and a wide variety of photography from Quiz photoshoots.

Omar Aziz, retail operations director at Quiz, said: "Social is huge for us so we are delighted to be able to incorporate this into our physical stores via the scatter wall. By bringing the latest technology in store, we can showcase our wider offering and bring the Quiz brand to life."
