ColourPop stars with digital partnership

By Retail Technology | Thursday June 15 2017

US beauty products retailer ColourPop has formed a new partnership to boost the customer digital experience

It will team up with Qubit to understand their customers better based on the data they're collecting.

“From a first-time visitor, to our ColourPop Fanatics, we're all about listening to our audience,” said Brittney Juge, manager of analytics for ColourPop.“We're thrilled to be partnering with Qubit to bring customer-centric experiences to life and be able to leverage an incredible amount of data to do that.“

ColourPop will identify different groups based on trends, behaviours and customer lifecycle stage by leveraging the artificial intelligence capabilities of the Qubit platform.

Once different groups have been identified ColourPop can then surface segmented personalisations depending on the most relevant experiences for each group, for example social proof or abandonment recovery.
