Bravissimo boosts ecommerce

Lingerie retailer Bravissimo has implemented a new ecommerce platform to enhance customer experience and global capabilities

With ecommerce accounting for 40% of the company's turnover, Bravissimo sought to completely re-design its website platform to provide better service to its omnichannel
customers with greater user experience and responsiveness to effectively handle peak seasonal traffic fluctuations.  The new site also needed to be scalable for international markets, to support Bravissimo's growth aspirations.

In addition, it was also keen to enhance its own expertise in test-driven agile software practices in order to benefit from software development reliability and efficiency gains.

Black Pepper Software was chosen as the tech partner in the project and deployed a team to work alongside Bravissimo's in-house team in the delivery of their completely re-architected web platform.
