Hayneedle launches new app

By Retail Technology | Monday September 11 2017

Home furnishings online retailer Hayneedle has launched its new iOS mobile app

The app includes a visual search functionality that helps customers find exactly what they’re looking for, and then make a purchase with a simple click of a button.

Ryan Paulson, VP of technology for Hayneedle said: “With the app’s visual search functionality, consumers can take an image of a piece of furniture they like in a friend’s home or even from a magazine, and they will then be provided with similar products they can directly purchase from hayneedle.com.”

In addition to its visual search capabilities, the Hayneedle app provides other benefits including the ability for users to search based on their style preferences, save items to a favorites list and complete their purchase quickly and securely via Apple Pay. Users are also offered the convenience of having instant access to Hayneedle’s best prices and limited time offers in the ‘Deals’ section of the app.
