Sephora gets digital makeover

By Retail Technology | Monday March 12 2018 | UPDATED 23.02.23

Cosmetics retailer Sephora is looking to expand and roll out new products and services faster with a digital makeover

The company is deploying Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud in Europe to manage multi-site, multi-language and multi-currency ecommerce capabilities to more quickly expand into new countries across all channels and devices.

With Commerce Cloud, Sephora Europe shoppers will receive unique content, offers and recommendations based on information such as past purchases, skin type, makeup and cosmetic preferences, and geographic regions.

Personalised service

And with Service Cloud, Sephora will be able to provide shoppers with more personalised and connected customer service experiences across every channel and touchpoint.

Sephora CIO Pierrette Frey said: “By advancing our digital strategy with Salesforce, we're putting the right platform in place to continue delivering the groundbreaking and personalised beauty tools our customers want.”
