Video walls a good fit for LeviÂ’s

By Retail Technology | Tuesday June 5 2018

Jeans giant LeviÂ’s has installed transparent LED video walls at its flagship store in San Francisco

The FLEXClear displays – courtesy of digital media solutions provider Reflect - are 65-75% transparent and offer a 100,000 hour LED life.

Levi’s uses the video wall to showcase videos and animations of its product in action while ensuring that natural light can still enter the store.

Push content

The installation includes two separate FLEXClear LED video displays, one in each front window, that each include 30 tiles. They are mounted to a rod hanging from the ceiling and use ReflectView CMS to push content created to the displays.

Reflect senior account manager Brandie Perkins said: ““We use a lot of videos and motion graphics, and take advantage of having an unlimited edge on the screens where we can simply display something like the Levi’s logo, and then everywhere else the LEDs are black allowing customers to see into the store.”

You can see the video walls in action here.
