UK bed maker Silentnight has implemented new point-of-sale (POS) technology to enhance its omnichannel experience
The company is utilising the ebizmarts POS solution and is offering an omnichannel exoerutcd to those customers visiting its new flagship showroom at Manchester’s Trafford Centre.

This has been particularly beneficial for Silentnight as it diversifies its business model to focus attention on business to consumer sales - having traditionally been a manufacturer selling to retailers.
In addition, the portable nature of the solution offered by ebizmarts means that Silentnight can boost its customer service in a showroom of over 5,000 sq. ft, containing an extensive in-store product suite of beds and mattresses.
