Marks & Spencer is launching a new gift card programme to enhance its goal of delivering a customer-centred approach in all areas of business

The gift card team at M&S has partnered with Stored Value Solutions (SVS), who have worked closely with the team in order to understand their needs and learn how they see their gift card programme developing. 

 

Warren Humphries, Head of Gift Cards at M&S said: “Our focus is on putting our customers first, ensuring they have high​quality flexibility and choice. SVS is a good fit partner for us and I am looking forward to working closely with them.”
