M&Co digitises to grow ecommerce

Fashion retailer M&Co has appointed a digital commerce agency as it looks to grow its ecommerce business as part of its digital strategy

Astound Commerce has been tasked with implementing several digital projects aimed at reaching younger shoppers and increasing online conversion rates. 

 

Nichola Toner, head of ecommerce and customer experience at M&Co, said: “We are really excited to be working with Astound. Key to the future growth of M&Co is the implementation of our digital strategy and the growth of our ecommerce channel in the UK. And critical to this is meeting the omnichannel needs of our customers.”

 

Astound Commerce will manage support and upgrades for M&Co’s online platform making this a long-term, strategic partnership.
