Fabi Boutique sales soar with new ecommerce platform

Online shoe retailer Fabi Boutique saw sales increase 150% in the second half of 2019 after switching to a new ecommerce platform

After Magento announced the end of support for Magento 1 also known as Magento Enterprise last year and with the end of life date quickly approaching, Fabi Boutique starting looking at its options.

The retailer decided to migrate its store across to the Kooomo platform while also giving the front-end a facelift.

Having decided to make the switch from Magento to the Kooomo platform, the entire migration took 12 weeks from start to finish.

Conversions increase

All existing data was migrated across to the Kooomo platform, the new and improved Fabi Boutique store was up and running and the business was seeing an increase in conversions within a matter of days of going live.

Since re-platforming to Kooomo, online sales have consistently risen with a total sales increase of 150%  in the second half of the year.

“The Kooomo platform empowers us with real-time information at the click of a few buttons, it allows for the day to day management of the store with ease and enables time saving and seamless workflow through its simplicity,” said Alessio Berdini, Fabi Boutique ecommerce manager.
