Dune and Frasers Group select new ordering engine

By Retail Technology | Friday July 10 2020 | UPDATED 10.07.20

Retailers Dune and Frasers Group (formerly Sports Direct) have both selected the same new order management system

The Enactor OMS will allow Dune’s customers to order through any store or online channel and collect goods at home, or in the store of their choice.

It does this by giving Dune extensive control of inventory buffers, fulfilment rankings and availability-to-promise services.

Meanwhile, Frasers Group is deploying Enactor OMS to help elevate the omnichannel customer experience and optimise store inventory across all of its brands, starting with Evans Cycles.

Each brand will have the flexibility to tailor the Enactor Platform to best service their customer journeys.
