Grupo Éxito extends price optimisation
South American food retailer Grupo Éxito has extended an agreement with its price optimisation partner
Grupo Éxito has signed a three-year extension with DemandTec Price Optimization that will continue to identify shopper behaviour trends to generate engaging price recommendations.
The company has also benefited from defining product roles by zone and division using DemandTec capabilities.
Grupo Éxito technology director Jorge Vallejo said: "Our multi-year relationship with DemandTec exemplifies how science-based optimisation enables us to deliver prices that are more relevant for customers. With this renewal, we look forward to continuing to benefit from DemandTec throughout COVID and beyond."
