Bloomist selects retail platform

By Retail Technology | Tuesday March 30 2021

Artisan homeware business Bloomist has chosen a retail platform to help it streamline operations and plan for the future

Bloomist has opted for Brightpearl’s flexible, built for retail platform and is also using ecommerce platform Shopify Plus to manage its webstore.

A range of features designed solely for retail includes demand planning software to take the guesswork out of ordering, real-time data to identify overstocked SKUs and highlight seasonal sales trends, and accurate stock order forecasting to ensure that demand is met with supply.

Bloomist expects to save hours on order processing time by leveraging the power of automation to optimise key workflows, while purchasing, accounting and reporting features will be important components in the firm’s next stage of growth.

Michael Zung, CEO of Bloomist, said: “After an exhaustive search of options, Brightpearl was the digital operations platform that fit our specific needs. Its guidance through implementation and great customer support has helped make the overall transition a smooth one.”
