Boots implements new platform

By Retail Technology | Thursday April 8 2021

Pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer Boots has digitised in-store processes with a new platform

Boots is using the mobile-first task management, communication and training platform Yoobic to reduce workload for colleagues and ensure a consistent customer experience across its store network.

Yoobic provides a mobile application called MyHub, with the platform rolling out across the store network in November.

Boots store colleagues will now be able to complete their tasks such as weekly checklists, safety logbooks and merchandising execution, digitally through the platform.  The digitised task management will provide real-time feedback and visibility on task execution to regions and support offices, helping store teams to work more efficiently whilst ensuring a safe and reliable shopping experience for customers.
