Boohoo drives personalisation

By Retail Technology | Thursday June 17 2021 | UPDATED 16.06.21

Online fashion retailer Boohoo is seeking to enhance its personalisation with a new partnership

Boohoo is teaming up with Bloomreach to use its Bloomreach Engagement platform to drive personalisation at scale.

Bloomreach’s platform unifies data from all customer touchpoints, which will provide a single customer view across Boohoo’s 13 online brands, including Boohoo, PrettyLittleThing, and Debenhams.

Powered by this data, Bloomreach Engagement will allow Boohoo to build personalised customer journeys across all channels, enhancing the customer experience and driving real results.

“We were impressed with Bloomreach’s technology and retail experience,” said Sophie Rustill, senior retention manager, Boohoo. “We’re looking forward to working with Bloomreach to further enhance our relationships with customers whilst growing the business.”
