Lush takes payroll to the Cloud

British cosmetics retailer Lush is implementing a new Cloud solution for HR and payroll

Lush will be introducing the Zellis HCM Cloud solution in the UK and Ireland as a fully integrated and consistent cloud HR solution to support up to 5,000 employees at over 100 stores.

Wherever they operate, Lush’s employees will have access to the same, employee portal to receive payslips, manage attendance and access other key HR information. The system will also align data from all stores, revealing business-critical reporting and analytics.

Lush was looking for a solution that would unify HR processes and experience for managers and employees alike across its entire UK and Irish operations.
