Dreams gets personal

Beds retailer Dreams has chosen a new personalisation platform

Dreams has selected the Fresh Relevance platform to power personalised experiences for their customers online.

The platform will power personalisation across their website and email marketing and will also be used across two additional brands in the Dreams Limited group - Feather & Black and Sleep and Snooze.

It will also take advantage of the rich feature set within the Fresh Relevance platform, including triggered emails, data capture, and behavioural targeting.
