Kamsons Pharmacy prescribes delivery upgrade

By Retail Technology | Friday July 22 2022 | UPDATED 22.07.22

UK pharmacy chain Kamsons Pharmacy has agreed a new delivery partnership

Kamsons will work with Gophr to ensure backup in-house fleet support for when the business needs cover.

Gophr will facilitate multi-drop operations from store to patient homes across the pharmacy’s 70-strong estate.

The delivery company’s strong Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) means that Kamsons community pharmacies can continue to offer a localised delivery service for patients, where previously they may have struggled due to a lack of adequate cover.

Paul Antenen, operations manager at Kamsons Pharmacy, said: “We are delighted to be working with Gophr, enabling us to deliver best-in-class service to our patients and communities across the UK.”
