francesca's names new CTO

US fashion and accessories retailer francesca’s has named a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help strengthen its tech capabilities moving forward

Mike Early joins francesca's as CTO after 13 years with Build-A-Bear  where he was most recently CIO.

Early is a business and technology executive with proven experience working in numerous functions within the retail space, including merchandising, finance, supply chain, strategic planning, and technology.
