Neal’s Yard Remedies finds POS partner

By Retail Technology | Tuesday October 11 2022 | UPDATED 11.10.22

Health and beauty brand Neal’s Yard Remedies has selected a new POS partner for its UK commerce network

Neal’s Yard Remedies has implemented Lightspeed’s flagship X-series POS technology to help achieve a consistent omnichannel experience for its customers worldwide, shopping online or in-store, and especially when using its popular loyalty and gift card programme.

The health brand had sought a single view of its customers and a single view of its products and Lightspeed API has enabled this by building a PIM (Product Information Management) system.

Lightspeed Marketing & Loyalty has also enriched Neal’s Yard Remedies’ knowledge about where, when, and how its customers purchase goods, to help with business decision-making at all levels of the company.

Payments

In addition, by adopting Lightspeed Payments, Neal’s Yard Remedies has been able to achieve simplicity with one provider for POS and payments ensuring the security its retail and finance teams need to know they can operate seamlessly and without issue.

Paul Stephens, head of data & technology, Neal’s Yard Remedies, said: “By choosing Lightspeed we were able to ensure that not only did we have the ability for omnichannel loyalty across our different selling channels, but we could also ensure that our retail staff had an easy-to-use POS system. We were also able to build up our customer data set; the guys in the back office have a very simple platform to maintain and there’s a very rich API data set for us to use”
