Supermarket giant Walmart plans to build out an electric vehicle (EV) charging network across the US

The company is adding chargers to thousands of sites by 2030 to add to the nearly 1,300 EV charging stations at 280 locations.

It’ll bring chargers to Walmart Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets, as well as Sam’s Clubs.

Walmart said: “This plan marks the latest investment in our efforts to transform our business and product supply chains to be more regenerative, in this case helping reduce emissions and increase efficiencies for customers.”
