La-Z-Boy is also introducing The Decliner, a limited-edition, A.I.-powered recliner that generates excuses for staying in and not going out

The Decliner allows the owner to generate a cancellation excuse via SMS text simply by pulling its handle.

It will be launched with a new integrated marketing platform feature with the first glimpse of a modernised brand identity for the La-Z-Boy which will proudly reclaim “lazy” and empower its fans to indulge in deserved feet-up moments of relaxation.
