Macy’s makes key digital appointment

Iconic department store Macy’s has named Massimo Magni as chief customer and digital officer
Magni will oversee the company’s ecommerce sites, mobile apps, marketplace, loyalty and gift registry programmes.
Her previously worked with McKinsey & Company for two decades.
