Frasers Group adds learning management system
Retail group Frasers Group has partnered with learning management system Thrive Learning
The online learning platform will be available to Frasers Group’s 35,000 employees and will play a key role in compliance training, new employee onboarding, product training for sales and retail teams, internal comms, and social learning.
Thrive’s platform will enable Frasers’ different teams across its portfolio to feel more connected and unified no matter where they are based, with the ability to tap into a fantastic world of resources, learn from experts and interact with each other directly on their phones through an app.
