Saudi Arabian pharmacy chain Nahdi has added a new Order Management System (OMS)

Nahdi Medical Company has chosen Fluent Commerce’s distributed Order Management System (OMS), Fluent Order Management, to support its continued growth and expansion in multiple markets.

Nahdi is a leading pharmaceutical retailer, serving 97% of the population of the kingdom across 140+ cities and villages in the pharmaceutical and health products sector, including medicine, wellness, mum & baby, beauty, and other wide-ranging fast-moving consumer goods.

As Nahdi continues to grow, they have replaced their existing OMS with Fluent Order Management, giving real-time inventory visibility across all their locations. The new platform offers flexibility that allows Nahdi to efficiently implement a sophisticated sourcing model with multiple fulfilment scenarios - a key driver of its fast growth. Additionally, Nahdi intends to utilise Fluent Commerce’s capabilities to increase the efficiency of its cross-border deliveries, as it expands further into the United Arab Emirates.
