Beauty brand Gatineau Skincare has announced a new tech partner to help position it for growth
It follows extensive research to identify a courier service that offered both improved service and more competitive price points.
Gatineau had experienced significant challenges in its courier logistics operations, primarily driven by high shipping costs and extended time spent on customer service.
These issues became particularly problematic as the brand’s shipping volume increased and placed Gatineau in a challenging position as their ability to scale their shipping volume was hindered by unreliable and expensive services.
Transition
As a result, ITD has transitioned Gatineau over to Evri for both its domestic and international services. This strategic shift has not only provided cost savings but also ensured quicker and more reliable service, better aligning with the premium nature of the Gatineau brand.
