FlowerBX enhances subscription

Luxury floral delivery service FlowerBX has successfully transformed its subscription offering by partnering with a new subscription management solution

FlowerBX faced challenges with an outdated and inflexible legacy system, hindering its ability to effectively manage and scale its subscription business.

By implementing Ordergroove by Objectsource, it has significantly improved customer experience, streamlined operations and gained valuable data insights.

Customers can now easily manage their subscriptions independently, leading to a 38% reduction in subscription-related customer service enquiries. The more intuitive and user-friendly subscription journey has driven a 58% increase in customer engagement.

Jessica Kirk, head of ecommerce at FlowerBX, said: “Since introducing Ordergroove, we’ve seen incredible growth in engagement with our subscriptions – page views jumped by 52%, and customer journeys are much smoother.
