Doto upgrades payments processing

By Retail Technology | Friday March 28 2025 | UPDATED 27.03.25

Mexican online electronics retailer Doto has been achieving success with a new partnership that enhances its payment processing capabilities

The partnership with Unlimit has improved transaction acceptance rates, reduced bank rejections, and increased high-risk transaction recovery rates.

The partnership has already allowed Doto to benefit from a 2.5% increase in approvals in just the first month of operations.

It has also enabled them to significantly reduce unauthorised payments and bank rejections, key pain points in Doto’s payment journey.

“Partnering with Unlimit has been transformative.” said Jair Vera, ecommerce operations director at Doto. “Their expertise in mitigating bank rejections and commitment to improving acceptance rates have allowed us to provide our customers with a frictionless, reliable payment experience. This collaboration is addressing key pain points in our payment journey and enabling our continued growth and success.”
