Puma to launch AI concierge

Sportswear giant Puma has announced a new AI store concierge for its running products

The AI assistant is multilingual and will detect the customer’s language then provide information about product fit, performance insights and availability.

It will debut at the company’s Las Vegas flagship store this spring.
