UK e-commerce fashion retailer meets tight payment gateway deadlines working with new provider
UK designer sales website Cocosa has revealed it has selected Realex Payments for its payment processing.
London's Cocosa, whose e-commerce website selling luxury fashion at affordable prices, worked with the payments system provider to launch a new payment gateway.
Winning partnership approach
Andrew Miles, head of operations at Cocosa, stated that the retailer chose Realex because of “their overall retail expertise and partnered approach to doing business”.
“We had a tight deadline and trusted Realex had the capability to deliver. They did not let us down,” he said.
Jon Sheard from Realex Payments added: “With rapidly changing technology, new emerging channels to market and international expansion, all balanced with PCI [Payment Card Industry] regulation, retailers are not surprisingly looking for a payment partner that has the expertise to advise on all areas of the value chain, not just their own solutions.
“We strongly believe this is one of our key differentiators against our competition and are looking forward to a fruitful partnership with Cocosa going forward.”
The online retailer also recently announced an expansion of its international delivery capability to 25 countries.
