Customer experience experts help bathroom design retailer to improve online experience and drive revenue
Bathrooms.com has appointed Apptus Technologies to enhance the customer journey on its website and drive online conversion rates using the provider's search and merchandising technology, esales.
Apptus won a three-way pitch to work with the retailer and will now guide the e-commerce team through the implementation and deployment of its intelligent search and behavioural analytics technology. The provider said its esales software will work with the retailer’s e-commerce platform to provide a tailored customer experience by analysing buying behaviour in real-time through historic and current data sources.

This will allow the online retailer to deliver optimised search, navigation and recommendations for products and promotional content, and ensure their merchandising and marketing efforts are always on target to drive sales.
