Apptus won a three-way pitch to work with the retailer and will now guide the e-commerce team through the implementation and deployment of its intelligent search and behavioural analytics technology. The provider said its esales software will work with the retailer’s e-commerce platform to provide a tailored customer experience by analysing buying behaviour in real-time through historic and current data sources.
