Soho's appointment boosts digital marketing

Alternative fashion retailer signs e-commerce partner up to improve online search and advertising performance

Soho’s has signed up with e-commerce agency Metakinetic to overhaul its digital marketing channels and help maintain its competitive edge and increase revenue. 

The contract awarded is for a complete overhaul of Soho’s search engine optimisation (SEO) and Google pay-per-click (PPC) delivery channels to market. 

The partnership between Metakinetic and Soho’s began with the development of the new e-commerce website. The site has helped Soho’s to improve its online presence, with smarter presentation and more customer-friendly features.

Developing customer reach

Dan Barker, director at Soho’s.co.uk, commented: "Our aim is to increase sales and reach out to more potential customers through our website. We already have a good relationship with Metakinetic and they have the retail knowledge and marketing channel insight that we needed."

The UK retailer's range of alternative and cutting-edge clothing collections are bought by UK and international customers in stores and online. In a highly competitive marketplace, it's e-commerce development work is addressing the need to develop its use of digital marketing channels to reach and expand its customer base.
