By Retail Technology | Thursday August 2 2018

Luxury brand Mulberry are empowering in-store staff with a new mobility platform

Mulberry has selected Tulip to provide its store workers with access to its complete extended digital product catalogue with a single view of stock across the business, support for advanced customer engagement and clienteling, and the latest in mobile, iPad-powered point of sale.

Mulberry will implement several Tulip applications for their workers including Tulip Assisted Selling, to provide access to the catalogue when servicing customers shoulder-to shoulder in the store and Tulip Checkout, to provide access to product inventory in the store and online, a truly endless aisle, and empower associates to checkout customers anywhere in the store.

It will also be using Tulip Clienteling, to enable associates to access customer profiles and send personalised messages to their key customers delivering a one-to-one experience, and Tulip Runner to connect store associates with backroom employees or other associates to retrieve products without leaving the customer's side.
