By Retail Technology | Tuesday April 16 2019

Global beauty retailer LÂ’Occitane is implementing new workforce management software

After searching  for a simple and flexible workforce management solution that would help make working life easier for its employees, L’Occitane identified Quinyx as it’s new tech partner.

The software will be rolled out at the end of April across 89 stores in the UK and Ireland, offering Quinyx’s platform to more than 500 L'Occitane employees.

Initially, L'Occitane will use Quinyx’s core modules of Schedule, Time & Attendance, Mobile & Communication and Budget & Forecast.

Trusted partner

Jamie Taylor, retail, property and wholesale director of L'Occitane, said: “We wanted a workforce management solution provider that would not just equip us with a software to bolster our business operations, but would become a trusted partner too. With Quinyx we’ve certainly found this – and we look forward to building a longstanding and prosperous relationship with them.”

L'Occitane has a global presence in more than 90 countries, with over 8,500 employees worldwide.
