Ted Baker adds data exchange service

By Retail Technology | Wednesday December 1 2021 | UPDATED 01.12.21

Global fashion brand and retailer Ted Baker has added a new data exchange service to its existing Help Desk support agreement

Ted Baker will use the Retail Assist data exchange service, Ra-X, to share data, with Retail Assist also providing key 1st and 2nd-line Help Desk support.

Ra-X is a fully-managed data transformation and retail communications solution, which helps retailers to share key product data in the required formats between stores, concessions, franchises, ecommerce sites and Head Offices.

With Ted Baker operating in 165 stores across the world, from airports to the high street, Ra-X translates sales data into the correct format and transfers it rapidly and securely to the required destinations.

Simon Brealy, Ted Baker’s Head of IT, said: “The transfer of sales and quality data is key for Ted Baker’s operations. We needed a smooth and reliable data exchange solution partner that could work on a global scale to support our national and international stores. With our established relationship with Retail Assist, we’re happy to expand our relationship further.”
