Triple-digit growth follows the roll out of email marketing management software for multichannel shoe retailer
Ladies prestige footwear retailer, Moda in Pelle
, has increased email revenue by 116% year-on-year since selecting Bronto Software
as its email marketing platform provider.
The retailer, which operates over 30 stores in the UK, is also accessing and utilising data more efficiently, allowing it to deliver more targeted marketing and improved customer communications.
Building on early campaign success
After implementing the Bronto email service in May 2012, the company saw an immediate improvement in campaign deliverability and a corresponding 5% increase in open and click rates.
Moda in Pelle then began to use the platform to test and implement new ideas with each marketing campaign, leading to better results each month. For example, Moda in Pelle initiated an automated welcome series programme to engage new subscribers and in, just two months, the revenue generated was far more than initially expected.
Advanced email marketing strategy
Jessica Lockwood, Moda in Pelle online marketing manager, stated: “Switching our email service provider to Bronto has given us the opportunity to advance our email marketing strategy, segment our customers and target them with relevant campaigns, which has really driven incremental revenue.”
Moda in Pelle finished last year with a very strong autumn/winter 2012 performance, experiencing positive like-for-like figures overall for the year of plus-6% in retail.
It opened five stores last year in the southeast England, with a further four new stores already opened in the first half of 2013.
